WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in West Yorkshire but shoot weddings just about anywhere! We are seasoned travellers and regularly go all over so never think you are too far away.
I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A PHOTO, CAN WE TRY IT?
Of course! We love it when a couple have some fun ideas. We recommend you have a look at sites like Pinterest for some ideas, this also helps you figure out what styles you like. Just bare in mind, we cannot promise to capture all requested photographs.
HOW DO WE VIEW OUR PHOTOS?
Your images will be uploaded to a password protected online gallery. You will also be sent a USB with the high quality photos. We will usually post a few of our favourites on our Facebook page on the day or the day after your wedding (if you wish us to) so you have some great previews of what to expect!
DO YOU BACKUP THE WEDDING PHOTOS?
Yes, Yes, Yes. We backup throughout the day, and in the evening to both physical and cloud storage. The power of back up!
HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR USB OF PHOTOS?
We guarantee eight weeks, but we aim to deliver photos within four to six. Please note, this time is for you to receive the edited images on USB - the delivery of albums, canvases and additional products differs between each client. Please contact us for an estimation on product delivery.
DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU AT OUR WEDDING?
No, we appreciate that you are already spending a fortune on food so don’t feel obliged to feed us too! If you want to, we would be very grateful. Of course it is entirely your decision. Just inform us beforehand if you aren’t so we can come prepared with our own packed lunch!
WHAT IF YOU'RE ILL ON OUR BIG DAY?
This has never happened and we would both have to be hospitalised for that to happen so it is very unlikely! But if it did we would use our network of photographers to find a suitable replacement, or if you find your own we will of course offer a full refund. Full details are in your Terms and Conditions.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
To book just get in touch and if you like what we offer we will send you a contract and you would pay a non refundable deposit to secure your date and our availability.
DO YOU DO ALBUMS AND PRINTS?
Yes, we do albums, prints and canvases. And they are the best quality possible. See our 'a la carte' pricing for more.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
We endeavour to complete all of our products to a high quality, however if you are unsatisfied with your product or it has arrived damaged / defective please let us know within 28 days otherwise we will be unable to replace or refund your product.
HOW DO I RAISE A COMPLAINT?
Any complaints should first be raised in writing within 21 days from the date of receipt of images. In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint you may request the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP) to mediate but only on the basis that its decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
